Western Graphics Wins 28 Awards in Minnesota Print CompetitionPosted on 03/11/2011St. Paul, Minnesota – March 10, 2011 – Western Graphics has won a total of 28 awards in the recent Minnesota Star of Excellence Print Competition. The Star of Excellence Awards is a statewide printing competition hosted by the Printing Industry of Minnesota, (PIM), the state’s trade association for printing, communication and graphic arts industry. Competing against entries from printing and graphic arts firms throughout the state, Western Graphics received eight Best of Class, one Best of Division and nineteen Certificate of Merit awards. “The Star of Excellence Print Competition provides a venue to highlight the quality, teamwork and pride that goes into our work each year, we are very proud of our winning team”, said Tim Keran, President. “It is an honor to be recognized by the industry as a company that produces top quality, award winning materials.” PIM President David Radziej agrees, “This was a close competition with a very impressive standard of entries. The judging process was very challenging.
