Digital Printing:

We have digital presses that include Xerox Docutech's and iGEN 3's.We provide documents, books, manuals, pricelists, variable imaging projects, and other print-on-demand products. These presses are for short run and Print-on-Demand projects.

Offset printing:

The majority of our presswork consists of 1 to 5 color, short to medium
run, offset printing including aqueous coating.

Fulfillment/kitting/mailing:

Western has a very experienced bindery staff that can assemble kits of all different sizes and products. Western will also complete the final distribution process including mailing or store product in our warehouse as needed.

Online ordering:

Western offers online ordering using its e-commerce program, WestNet.
The majority of our customers use WestNet for ordering manuals and other product literature, letterhead, business cards, and envelopes, for manufacturing lines and/or field sales representatives

Finishing:

Western has equipment capable of folding, laminating, drilling, shrink-wrapping, scoring, diecutting, perfing. and perform other specialized finishing needs.

Book binding:

Our machine bindery capabilities include: saddlestitching, side-stitching,
twin loop (Wire-o), plastic coil (Spiral), tabletop perfect binding, and tape binding.

Imprinting/personalization:

All of our presses and digital equipment can complete imprinting projects. Imprinting products include: stationery, covers, postcards, calendars, catalogs, flyers, door hangers, plus a variety of other imprinted and personalized items.

Envelope printing:

Western has envelope presses and can handle one and two color envelope runs ranging from 500 to 500,000.

Tabcutting & binders:

Western offers complete tabcutting services on site. Along with the tabcutting,
Western maintains an inventory of binders to complete projects of all sizes.
