We have digital presses that include Xerox 4127 black and white and iGEN color digital presses. We provide documents, books, manuals, pricelists, variable imaging projects, and other print-on-demand products.
The majority of our presswork consists of 1 to 6 color, short to medium
run, offset printing including aqueous coating.
We offer full-color, high impact large-format digital printing solutions. From point-of-purchase displays that scream for attention to posters and signage, digital printing is the smarter way to go. We can print directly on almost anything that fits through the printer: Ceramic Tiles, Fabric, Wood, even full-size doors. If you can think it, there’s a very good chance that we can print it.
Western has a very experienced bindery staff that can assemble kits of all different sizes and products. Western will also complete the final distribution process including mailing or store product in our warehouse as needed.
Western offers online ordering using its e-commerce program, WestNet.
The majority of our customers use WestNet for ordering manuals and other product literature, variable data printing, letterhead, business cards, and envelopes, for manufacturing lines and/or field sales representatives.
Western has equipment capable of folding, laminating, drilling, shrink-wrapping, scoring, diecutting, perfing. and perform other specialized finishing needs.
Our machine bindery capabilities include: saddlestitching, side-stitching,
twin loop (Wire-o), plastic coil (Spiral), tabletop perfect binding, and tape binding.
All of our presses and digital equipment can complete imprinting projects. Imprinting products include: stationery, covers, postcards, calendars, catalogs, flyers, door hangers, plus a variety of other imprinted and personalized items.
Western has envelope presses and can handle envelope runs ranging from 500 to 500,000.
Western offers complete tabcutting services on site. Along with the tabcutting,
Western maintains an inventory of binders to complete projects of all sizes.
