  • Sales Representative

    Type: Full Time

    Location: St. Paul/Minneapolis Metro Area

    We are seeking an experienced print sales representative that enjoys taking ownership of and expanding current accounts and thrives on prospecting and winning new business.

    Evolving from a traditional printing company, Western services include offset and digital print, variable data and print on demand; wide format printing; digital storefronts; and fulfillment, kitting and mailing services.

    Western’s 3 Uniques are: Service, Speed and Spend Management. We are changing the way print is purchased and produced, saving our customers a great deal of time and money. We are striving to be our customer’s #1 print improvement partner.

    We believe that our success stems from our commitment to our four Core Values – Trust, Attitude, Team, and Improve. Our core values support building an employee engaged culture focused on people and customer service. We have an excellent benefit package and a competitive compensation plan.

    Responsibilites/Skills:
    • Sales at an annualized pace of $500,000, to between six and ten new customers, by close of the tenth full month following hire date
    • Find and create new customers
    • Grow and maintain current business relationships
    • Provide excellent customer relations and customer satisfaction
    • Demonstrated print sales experience and success (5+ years)
    • Ability to work as a valued team member with a positive attitude
    • Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills
