Make the Right Career Move:

We believe the best, most efficient, most profitable way to operate a business is to give everybody in the company a voice in saying how the company is run and a stake in the financial outcome; good or bad. When you appeal to the highest level of thinking, you get the highest level of performance. Everything we do at Western is based on a common understanding that job security is paramount- that we are creating a place for people to work not just this year or five years from now, but for the next thirty years and beyond.

We operate on an "Open Book" management style. That is, we share what is going on inside the company and we tell the truth- to our employees, our vendors, and our customers. We've established credibility, and you only establish credibility by being honest. After all, business is a team sport. We need people who want to be part of and strive for a winning team. And have a little bit of fun in the process.

Western employs 50+ trained, experienced people who share an uncommon commitment to customer service as the basis for not only the company's success, but also for their own individual prosperity and professional growth. We have an excellent benefit package including a comprehensive health care plan, dental, life, disability and 401(k).

When is the last time you had fun at work?
For a fifth time Western Graphics has been awarded the designation Best Workplace in the Americas 2010 for exemplary human resources practices.

Begun to specifically honor printing companies that provide a superior work environment, a panel of highly respected U.S. and Canadian HR professionals with decades of experience in the graphic arts industry reviewed the submissions. Applicants were judged on eight criteria: Management Practices; Work Environment; Training and Development Opportunities; Financial Security; Work-Life Balance; Recognition and Rewards; Health and Wellness Programs; and Workplace Health and Safety

We look for many qualities in the individuals we hire -- the ability to communicate effectively, a high level of organization, strong interpersonal skills, and so on.

Regardless of an applicant's qualifications, we always look for one attribute in particular -- the desire to provide high quality products with excellent customer service. We can train people how to work with clients or run pieces of equipment, but to have passion for customer service and pride for your work takes a unique individual.

If these are qualities you possess, we're sure you'll find a rewarding career with us. We supply our team with the latest technology, afford them the best training available, and provide every opportunity for growth within our company.

For the whole story about Western, we invite you to explore our site further and get a feel for who we are and the departments that we have.
