Timothy R. KeranCEO/Owner Tim Keran began his career at Western Graphics in 1987 and has held numerous positions in the company. He became President in 1993 and purchased the company in 2001. Tim has been on his own personal continuous improvement journey for over 20 years and has focused on building a fun, rewarding and winning work culture. He is responsible for the company’s strategic plan and helping navigate the company through the technological and structural changes in the printing industry. Tim is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota. He currently serves on the Printing Industry Midwest Board of Directors and has been a judge for print excellence competitions since 2002. He also is involved in Ownership Thinking and The Midwest Printing Peer Group. He enjoys volunteering as a youth sports coach in the Stillwater Area school district, downhill skiing and mountain climbing.
Neal JohnsonPresident Neal began his career at Western as the VP of Operations in 1996. During his time as VP of Ops, Neal was responsible for manufacturing & distribution, new equipment evaluation and installation, process improvement, and people development. In March of 2011, Neal was promoted to President. Currently, he is responsible for P&L, continuous improvement, and people development. Neal holds an undergrad degree in finance from Saint Cloud State University and an MBA from the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul. Neal is married and has four daughters. He is also an avid outdoorsman.
Mike SchiebelController Mike Schiebel joined Western Graphics in 2003 to manage the Accounting and Human Resources department and serves as our corporate Controller. In addition to his accounting and HR responsibilities, Mike leads a cross-functional company team that delivers over 12 intra-company events each year. Prior to joining Western Mike had been Controller for Diversified Graphics in Minneapolis and prior to that with Pentax Vision in Minnetonka. Mike is a graduate of the University of Minnesota – Duluth (`89) with a degree in accounting and is a member and current Treasurer of the St. Paul Human Resource Association. Mike lives in Apple Valley with his wife and two children where he enjoys golf and helping out with the numerous kid activities. |
